    I hope this email finds you well. I am currently collaborating with the City of Oakland on a project that would help Oakland residents, particularly those in the hills, purchase rain barrels for their homes at deeply discounted prices.

    We are really excited about this program because we recognize that rain barrels are both good for the watershed and good for a the garden.
